At Conscious Housing, we develop intentional tiny home communities designed to address three major challenges:

Our social-wellness villages are built on 30–40 acre properties in the outskirts of San Diego, where land is still affordable, the air is clean, and zoning regulations are most flexible. These RV-zoned communities allow for mobile tiny homes, combining affordability, flexibility, and security.

We carefully select residents based on shared interests and values, bringing together people who want to live cheaply, independently, socially, and spiritually in a supportive environment. Each community is designed like a college-style campus, with every element intentionally created to foster meaningful connections, improve well-being, and enhance freedom.
